Company Overview

ARCO is the UK’s leading integrated services and safety products provider, combining industry knowledge with specialist safety expertise.

Project Summary:

The project focused on designing an AI-powered internal communication tool for real-time operational insight and performance tracking, aligned with ARCO’s safety and service operations.

My Role

I led the UI/UX strategy and execution as the senior designer. I ran stakeholder interviews and alpha research to define user needs, partnered with data teams on KPI models, and designed responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma and Axure. I drove the UX for an AI-driven chat system and interactive dashboards that improved real-time decision-making and user engagement across the business.

HOME OFFICE

Company Overview

The Home Office is a core UK government department responsible for national security, immigration, and law enforcement.

Project Summary:

This short-term contract focused on redesigning the internal HR system landing page to meet strict usability, accessibility, and GDS compliance standards.

My Role

As the lead UI/UX designer, I owned the end-to-end redesign from creating user-friendly, accessible prototypes in Figma to running validation sessions with end users. I collaborated closely with analysts and developers to ensure full alignment with government digital service (GDS) principles. The result: a fully compliant, intuitive, and welcoming HR interface that significantly improved user experience and satisfaction.

FCDO

Company Overview

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) represents UK interests abroad, delivering security, diplomacy, and humanitarian support globally. NTT Data partnered to deliver design and technology solutions.

Project Summary:

This high-security government project focused on improving internal digital services including birth certificates, Death certificates,  registration, legalisation, and emergency travel document flows ensuring compliance with GDS standards.

My Role

As the senior SC-cleared designer, I led UI/UX efforts across multiple services. I used Axure to build high-fidelity, GDS-compliant prototypes on Salesforce and collaborated with analysts and developers to refine journeys through rapid iteration cycles. My work ensured seamless navigation, accessibility, and technical alignment across critical FCDO systems.

MOD

Company Overview

The UK Ministry of Defence protects national interests through global defense initiatives. Capgemini supported the digital transformation of internal military systems under SC clearance.

Project Summary:

This project focused on improving the RAF’s SharePoint-based maintenance document system by enhancing usability, compliance, and design consistency.

My Role

I led the UX/UI delivery as the senior designer, driving all prototyping work in Axure and creating a scalable style guide in Figma. I ensured full alignment with UK government GDS standards and collaborated closely with stakeholders and engineers to deliver a secure, efficient, and user-friendly SharePoint solution.

CERA CARE

Company Overview

Cera Care is a leading digital healthcare company using smart tech and machine learning to optimize care delivery and outcomes across the UK.

Project Summary:

The assignment focused on designing a digital time scheduling tool to streamline operations and improve user efficiency in healthcare services.

My Role

As lead designer, I owned the UX/UI strategy and delivery. I drove the full design cycle from lean UX research and stakeholder workshops to wireframing in Axure and high-fidelity UI in Figma. I presented directly to board-level stakeholders and ensured the end product aligned with both clinical needs and business goals.

OFFICE FOR NATIONAL STATISTICS

Company Overview

The ONS is the UK’s official statistics authority, responsible for collecting and publishing data on the economy, population, and society at national and local levels.

Project Summary:

This project involved designing a secure, GDS-compliant Angular-based application used by West Midlands Police for data-driven workflows.

My Role

As the senior UX/UI designer, I led stakeholder workshops, ran user research, and owned the full design delivery using Axure and Sketch. I created dynamic wireframes, visual UI assets, and pixel-perfect prototypes all aligned with GDS standards. My work ensured the app was both compliant and user-focused, backed by Agile collaboration via Jira and Confluence.

WEST MIDLANDS POLICE

Company Overview

Accenture is a global leader in digital transformation, partnering with top organizations to solve complex challenges through innovative tech solutions.

Project Summary:

The project involved designing a secure Angular-based application for West Midlands Police, aligning with GDS standards for a modern, intuitive internal platform.

My Role

As the senior designer, I led the end-to-end UX/UI process—running ideation sessions, crafting wireframes in Axure, and managing an offshore front-end dev team. I owned stakeholder engagement, design delivery, and agile project coordination via Jira and Confluence, ensuring pixel-level compliance with UK government GDS standards.

THREE MOBILE UK

Company Overview

Three UK is a major telecom provider and the first in the UK to launch a commercial 3G mobile network, operating under Hutchison Whampoa.

Project Summary:

This project involved leading the UX team for a full redesign of the Three.co.uk website, aligning with evolving business goals and user expectations.

My Role

As the UX/UI design lead, I managed both UK-based and offshore teams. I ran workshops, aligned stakeholders, and delivered high-quality wireframes, page flows, and visuals using Axure and Adobe CC. My leadership ensured a unified design vision and an intuitive user experience, driving consistency and innovation across the redesign.

IGD

Company Overview

IGD is a leading research and training charity serving the UK food and grocery sector, working across the entire supply chain to address strategic industry challenges.

Project Summary:

The mission was to lead a full responsive redesign of IGD.com and three subsites, aligning their digital presence with modern usability standards and strategic branding

My Role

As the senior designer, I led the full visual and UX overhaul—redesigning the ecommerce journey, checkout flows, search interface, and educational content. I created all responsive prototypes in Axure and crafted new brand guidelines to ensure design consistency. I also collaborated directly with the marketing team to deliver campaign-ready microsites and event pages across the platform.
